You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
3. Content & Purchases
Some content on Lumo requires payment to access. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Purchased access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Lumo, including videos, images, and text, is owned by Channel X or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.
5. User-Generated Content
By posting comments or other content in the App, you grant Channel X a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or our community standards. Users can report inappropriate content using the report feature within the App. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Channel X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
